hspice error

Hi, I encountered one error with hsipce in si simulation, can anybody help me solve this problem? thanks! any clue will be appreciate!

**error** reference 0:* not found
it was referenced in element 1:xm0
the line number was 118

hspice error

Probably you need to provide the complete subckt of xm0.

hspice error

can you provide more infor?

Basically, hspice is telling you that it doesn't recognise the element. There's no model which represent it.

Always search for the element that is referenced in any error message. If you can't find the instantiation or subckt....then there's a problem. Or maybe you didn't include the right file.

Thanks all!
more information for you!
there are 3 files: 1. main netlist:.sp;2. IC model:.inc;3. package model:.sp.
the ic model is encrypted, there is a subckt, but comment out with *.

ps:
I found some words related to this kind of eeror in the help mannual.
"If you see a reference not found error, then your transistor dimensions (L and W) do not fall within the specified ranges, in any of the models in your library."
but still didn't know how to solve it?
I cann't find the xm0 and didn't kow what the line number is?
