hfss intersect

Hi
My design is not so straigth, there are some curves(cylinder). I draw a coaxial cable that touches a cylinder, but it gives intersection problem. How can I assure that they touche each other but not intersect? Can subtraction be a solution?
When I zoom the connection, it looks as they are not touching, but error occurs.
Another problem is with radiation boundary. As far as I know, radiation boundary should not contain waveport. Air contains coax and waveport is one end of the coax. What should I do for this problem?
Thanks for help.

Below, snapshot of the design can be seen..

hfss via intersect

hi all
I want to add a comment on my work, this may be useful for somebody.
If three dimensional objects intersect, hfss gives error. If a three dimensional object intersects with a detached surface, no error occurs.
In my design, I have a coax and it must touch to a copper strip. I detached copper strip and assigned as pec, then intersection wasn't a source of error.

Thanks for your greate comments.
that real stop me for a couple of days.
