tpe low pass, high pass, band pass, band stop
transform type - Z transform

specification for filter

passband cut off frequency
stopband- cut off frequency
passband ripple
stopband attenuation
sampling frequency

Q1) does cut off frequency edge frequency and corner frequency same or different ?
 

There are a variety of online tools and calculators that can help you perform the calculations for creating the correct filter. Here is one that seems relatively comprehensive.
