I am using gpdk45 nm file for virtuoso in cadence. can anyone help me to know how to find the sheet resistance of nwell in 45nm technology?

gpdk may not have foundry-flow-specific resistivities.

But if you can find a well resistor primitive, you could
place it with absurdly large dimensions (say, 100x100um)
and there's your ohms/sq close enough.

Then you just have to believe this generic library has
proper relation to your eventual reality.
