PIC16F877A Internal Pull up Resistor

Is PIC16F877A has Internal Pull up resistor ?. I read datasheet that PIC16F877A has it. I tried make PORTB as input with TRISB.f0=1 command on MikroC, but it's no use. so i have to add external pull up resistor. How to enable internal pull up resistor ?
