Good day!

I am designing dc-dc converter with parameters: input 20-28V; output 24V, 4A.
using active clamp topology without synchronous rectification, can i archive 92-93% efficiency?
i need to know approximate value of efficiency.
 

That efficiency is probably attainable with careful component selection and transformer design, though only at moderate or heavy loads. Actual efficiency can only be estimated once the major power components have been selected though.

telling that its attainable, what is you basis? experience or some ref designs?
how the eficiency can be estimated?
