SMD marking identification of E33D and 21M28 SMD.

I need to find out what SMD devices marked as
1) E33D : 3 pin, SOT 23 package
I think this is npn/pnp transistor but I can't find datasheet on this.
2) 21M28 : 5 pin SOT 235 package.
I think this is a voltage regulator but I can't find any datasheet about this device.
 

I went through this manual but I could not find the devices marked E33D and 21M28 in this manual.

Hi
I think your part num 1 is probably one of these:
XE61CC4345MR from Torex Semiconsuctor Ltd.
or ML6102N332M from MiniLogic Device Corp

and num 2:
XC6216B502MR
XC6103A220MR
XC6103A250MR all from Torex Semiconsuctor Ltd.
