μn & Cox of nMOS & pMOS in Cadence

The title says it...
Can you help me find the values of these parameters in 180 nm technology.
I already found tox = 4.2 nm and calculated Cox = εox/tox = 3.9 * ε0 / tox = 8.22 mF

Please correct me if I'm wrong...
