You can not use this PCI card. This device generates and recieve ASI signal, wich is 270Mbit signal with amplitude 0,8 V. This is standart interface for interconnection in studio enviroment at small distances( <200m). It is used between MPEG encoder and multiplexer, or between multiplexer and modulator. Atual signal wich is transmited in cable system is obtained after modulator, and is entirely diferent. Idealy, you must use some device like this, but I am sure it is quite expensive!
