Please, I am embarking on a project of the above topic transmitter. how can I implement it? Can i use 8051 uC.
How can i get the programming codes for each key. (Note: its 8 channel remote control).
the protocol, the program language best, etc. any help?

An interesting way is to record your own remote codes by a simple PC oscilloscope software and an IR receiver such as TSOP1738. Anything you record will be the original signal of your LG tv remote, so there will be no chance of error. Its simple & cheap, just requires an IR receiver & a diode.
When you read the waveforms in the PC, look for repeatations for each buttons. That's your code...
Then compile your own program....
