is there any IC present in the market for CMOS OTA ?
atleast CMOS OTA IC material available in market ?
please if any one know let me know

@keith: thanx a lot for your precious information
they do have OTA ICs but both of these are transistor base
i am searching for CMOS OTA, please let me know if you know anything about it

Sorry , I didn't have a chance to check properly.

Have a look at the MAX1886. That is CMOS I think and is a transconductance amplifier that I have used in the past.

It is not CMOS but have a look at the LM8261. I am not sure it is really a transconductance amplifier but it will drive unlimited capacitive loads and I have also used it before.
