Photodiode (or photo detector) replacement (4 pins)

Hello I think should I ask first...if the part am pointing out, based on traced schematic attached above post, is really a photo detector or anything else....thanks
 

Perhaps a smaller file in an easier format might help. A 2.7MB download in a proprietary file format isn't helpful to everyone. A simple image or pdf would be more universal.
