I want to design a nonlinear Vias in SIW slot array antenna, According to the following.

Thank you for your help but i want to design this structure in CST.
How can i design this structure in CST software?
 

In Objects/transform option, the transfer is done only on the main coordinate axes (x,y,z)!
But I want moving Via on a circular shape axis..

in transform/rotate , there is an option for selecting the origin of rotation. if you could not see it, first choose transform/mirror then transform/rotate. don't forget to tick "copy" option.
 

Please tell me the steps from the CST software. I do not understand your description.!!!
