Can I send un harmful virus by my mobile to any mobile via bluetooth to make that mobile in the silence position

with proper tools, yes you can.
 

There is jad applications available on the internet you can fully control the Host mobile like calling messaging profiles changing by only accepting your BT connection....

and sorry for this order.
 

Do you have a java application supported mobile, Download the above application and turn the BT ON and search for mobiles.. if you connect the mobile with another mobile you can control the remote mobile. Thats all..
