Charge time 1u
Discharge time 1u
Total time 2u
(Unit:second)
Is that ok?
I couldn”t find the standard of HBM.

The charge time is up to you (i.e. to your test bench). Discharge time constant for the HBM is standardized (but not the initial voltage!), s. this posting!

Hi Erikl,I am trying to simulate TLP(transmission line pulse) model,could you give me some advices?
tlp.jpg
How to set the transmission line parameter,like delay time、electric length?
How to define the charging time and discharging time?

Not my field, sorry!

Don't hijack your own thread for a different question. Better open a new thread with a new title for your problem!

You can use below for HBM simulation.
R0=1.5Kohm, C0=100pf, L0=7.4uH?? 2.jpg
