atmel to cypress porting

Hi!

Are there any porting issues in following Cypress microcontrollers?
CY7C68013 & AN2131

We are presently using Atmel's AT89C51RC2 microcontroller. We now want to shift to Cypress microcontroller which is having an USB port as a part of improvements.

Can anyone tell if there are any issues, criticality in choosing these Cypress microcontrollers for this purpose?

Any help is appreciated.
thanks & regards,
Srinivas
