Reverse Engineering for an LED Driver

Dear all,
I have a sample of an LED Driver and needs to open it without breaking any part.
attached is the covering picture of the product . It seemed that the cover is a heat sink itself.
I just need a way to open it safely

is it sealed with potting compound in the back? doesn't look like a metal plate on the back
 

Potting material can be removed. The hardness of the potting material will decrease if you put it in an oven with 120 deg C. Be careful the wire may burn out.
