I am new to PIC USB. I am trying to make the given example work, but it refuses to blink LEDs.
I did following
a)downloaded the files.
b)installed activeX in C drive.
c)downloaded the HEX file on the PIC16C745.
d)installed visual basic 2006.
e)connected the circuit.
f)Connected USB red->pin 20, USB black->ground, USB green-->pin 16, USB yellow -->pin 15
g)connected circuit to PC via USB.
h)executed visual basic project(attaching the snapshot)
i)presed reset of PIC.

Nothing happens now.
No matter what I do.
I had a USB wire, I cut it from middle and threw the type B half. After soldering the wires I am just inserting them into the breadborad.

Please help
