Can somebody explain to me what is the meaning of the Warning provided by Spectre simulation means? I get this when I powerd down my BiCMOS analog circuit to shut off the current totally. Is it real or simulation hiccup?

I think, this means your Collector has negative bias more than 0.6 V relative to Substarate .

I am having the same problem. How do I tell the simulator what the substrate voltage is for a npn transistor?
