To look at the problem from a different side: Monitoring of neutral line discontinuity is unusual and not supported by any standard control relay as far I'm aware of.

Neutral line interruption can be a problem e.g. in temporary building site power distribution, or old houses with bad cables. The main risk is possible overvoltage at lower loaded phases that might damage sensitive devices. A MCCB with over-/undervoltage trip function will prevent it.
