What is an Quadrature Oscillator pls xplain
 

Quadrature Oscillator

An oscillator that provides two outputs at the same frequency but 90 degrees out of phase with each other.

... and usually two dependant oscillators coupled in a certain phase relationship.
Look up a schematic and all will be clear :)
