Please help me for choosing FYP for better future.

I have to do FYP in Telecommunication Engineering. I have interest in Wireless communication.

I want to chose the FYP which is

1) Design and Optimization of 1.25/2.50Gbit/s Hybrid Opto-Wireless System for In-flight Cabin Communications.Please tell me about this. Either this has more scope in future.?????????????????

Others are:

2) RFID based parking lot management system.
3)NFC powered tag tracking system
4) GPS based faculty tracking system
5) GSM Based Tracking System
6) Wireless Robotic Car for Security Applications.

Please tell me which of them have more scope in future and better for me.
