Problem opening Pelles c ide

I downloaded lates pelles C compiler.the software was sucesfully installed.when i try to run the ide,windows always shuts the ide down.i have turned off data execution preventiom but problem still persist.i have redownloaded it but problem still persist.does anybody knows what i can do to solve the problem.thanks in advance
