ok now check 28volt on diode d413 (RGP15g) conected on pin5 of fbt check on r421 2.2e it should be exact 28volt.
& check ac voltage on pin10 of fbt keep dmm in ac mode measure the voltage & report here.

I checked d413 diode and there is 0V. I'm going to check that diode outside fbt.
 

check the voltage at junction of capacitor c436 & d413, & 100e resistor should be conected to the on/off pin of ic sda5555 which i described
above
 

There is 0V, also 0V on R421.

Do you think it could be KIA4558 or transistor broken?

Also 0V on C416.
 

find the below point voltages
1) find voltage on gate of mosfet q401 irfibc20g & drain of the mosfet q401
2) find voltage on both side of resistor r407 820e
3)find voltage on fbt pin no.2 b+ it should be 150v
4) pin 32 of ic sda5555 check voltage

give your reply ic kia 4558 is a abl limiter it has nothing to do with the problem
 
1) Gate of Q401 has 8V.
2) Resistor R407 has 67,5V
3) B+ has 134,6V
4) pin 32 od sda5555 has 3,3V

drain should be 60v check driver transformer t401 check the continuity of winding on primary & secondary side

also check q401 i think it may be short

also check voltage on pin 23 of ic ddp 3315c or at base of transistor q505 and also at base of tr q506

now i found their is a problem in ddp ic or sda5555
