I am trying to work on Tanner (Tspice) for simulation of finfet.

I want to know if (PTM-MG), for both HP and LSTP applications can be modelled in Tspice itself.
Has anyone tried doing it before ??

Hi,
I am doing my project in PTM-MG HP 7nm model card.....Is the library file for PTM16nm and PTM 7nm available?
