Assura LVS Problems about mismatches

hello everybody,
i have got a problem with Assura LVS.The calibre LVS run "cellA" has completed successfully without any errors.But the assura LVS has a problem.Below is the assura lvs problem.
The LVS run "cellA" has completed successfully .
Compare problems were detected in 3 cells.
3 cells had devices mismatches.
2 cells had nets mismatches.
3 cells had pins mismatches.
2 cells had rewire messages.
3 cells expanded.

No Extraction Problems were detected.
