MATLAB De-Embedding code for S-Parameters (fixture and DUT) s4p

Hi all,
Would like to make script MATLAB, De-embedding S-Parameters 4 port device (s4p).
So I have S-params of fixture (s4p) and total S-params for DUT+fixture (s4p),
Does anyone know how to De-Embedding fixture from total S-parameters (fixture+DUT) and get clear S-Parameters for DUT by MATLAB?
I'm aware of Cho Method, but I can't get how to script it on MATLAB.
Please advise, may be someone of you already made kind of work, would be very helpful.
