Hi,

I am having a kind of annoying issue with ADE-XL montecarlo analysis. The simulation runs fine at each step and the statistical models are fine, but the output that should evaluate to a value for each run shows up as a single point waveform, so I can't make a histogram or even export to CSV. Has anyone run into this before or have any idea what is happening? Is it the PDK?

The CDS version is 6.1.5 and the calculator expression is delay(), so it's pretty foolproof. For single corner sims it evaluates fine but shows up as a waveform with a single point in monte carlo runs.

Any help appreciated.

Figured it out after much headache. If anyone else has this problem: make sure the "Save Data to Allow Family Plots" is checked in the Monte Carlo options, otherwise it only evaluates the calculator expressions instead of saving the data, especially if you are using the "save selected" option under outputs --> save all.
