What would be some body's career prospectus be? The person had finished his B.E in ECE and worked for an IT firm for 2 years. Wants to pursue his Mtech in VLSI from Anna University,Chennai. After completing Mtech, he desires to be placed in a core company like that of Intel for a post he most desires to be (Chip Designer) .What should be the per-requisites to join companies like Intel India after competing Mtech VLSI?

Hi sai.spandana, well the idea is good but getting in to some reputed company need some stuff more than the average.

by the way , you should be strong enough in digital you should know the nook and corner of digital which is the backbone of vlsi.
once you rush up with the digital then you should be able to write HDL language liks verilog, SV...

if it happens then your dream may come true...
my suggestion is during your M.Tech you take some modular course as well as full course based on your constrains there are many vlsi institute in banglore and chennai but in mean while during your project span you take up with internship so that you may be familiar with company flow ....

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE...
Hope it may be helpful to you...
Regards
Mohammed Ibrahim
