listen and receive data from 4 uart pins with AT90USB162

hi,
Im working on serial receiver with AT90USB162 micro.i have to listen 4 uart pins and get data.all uart pins 1200 baud.
data may come 4 pins in same time.how can i get? may i use buffer like max3100 or just solve with software.

can you give example?

Listen for each interrupt and store data for latter processing in main. Maybe you ca use last interrupt to trigger processing. Do you need code sample or you can getit on your own. I use CodeVision that has simple set up generator I'm not so much in features of AVRStudio that since v5 has rich library.
