Hello

I am finding some negative rise power numbers for some cells in tsmc .lib files what exactly does negative power numbers mean?
If a cell consumes power it will be in positive, what does this negavive power means? Even the power reports are reporting negative internal power what does this mean?
I know that
Total power = Internal power + 0.5 * c * v^2

So what does this negative power report mean?

Thanks in advance

Negative Power means current is injected into VDD (Power Supply)
As per the convention , VDD supply the current .

This might be fluctuation in VDD current.
Check the VDD current at 0s and calculate the leakage with this value.
you should get positive leakage number
