Hello..
I have to design a data logger which can store different current values(1 micro ampere to 5 ampere)..
now im having problem of selection current sensor which can be easily interfaced with micro controller..please suggest me some solution for which i can get a voltage output from measured current to operate controller.
thankyou

for Current upto 5 Amp you have to use shunt resistor. For nontouching current resistor you can use Hall effect current sensor....
We will discuss more about block diagram in future....
Best of luck

**broken link removed** check this out! its based on hall effect . thermocouple will not be used in your case directly . :p

Check this material....
It will be helpful to you...
