which type of capacitor should be used to design a low pass lc filter for a inverter's hbridge circuit ,driven by spwm? i mean electrolytic , plastic film ,etc?

No electrolytic capacitors are not good for this aim ! polyester capacitors ( MKT capacitors too ) are good too . you need to use capacitors with lowest ESL and ESR and leakage . of course insolator which has been used in these capacitors is so important . ( i use MKT capacitors and they are so good )
