Hi everybody,

I am looking for a SOT23-6 component with Code Marking 41FAH (I'm not sure all of it is the marking code but it's what is written on the top of the package)

Can someone tell me what is this part?

From the rest of my PCB board i'm guessing it's some kind of switch (transistor, mofset? ...)

thanks.

SOT-89-5 Under Development.

Code FAH
Part ID RP170N181B

300mA 10V INPUT LDO REGULATOR
LVR-IC LDO, 1.8V±1%, 300mA, +CE SOT-23-5

I'm not 100% sure but check.

Don't think this is it, my component has 6 pins.

Check linked datasheet and picture of SOT-89-5.

I already did that before replying, it's not the right part. Mine has pin 1, 2, 5 and 6 connected together and is most likely used as a switch, that's why I thought it was a MOSFET or a transistor.
I did found something on the NXP website :
PBSS4160V
60 V, 1 A NPN low V CEsat (BISS) transistor

but the marking code is only 41, so I'm not sure because I can't figure what is FAH for in that case, some kind of time stamp?

It's ok thanks for yout help.

I didn't notice before but there are some characters that have a libe above them.
I also have identified he type of component it is, is some king of power transistor with the marking : 4/1F/AH with /1 meaning 1 with a line above it.

I finally managed to take a picture. the part is circled in red.

I also draw the part because I couldn't have a close picture.
Dimension (measured with a ruler) :
3mm*1.5mm*1mm
