hi!

I designed myself an LNA@2.2GHz amplifier but I have some problems measuring the IIP3!
I removed the AC signal and I added two sin sources:
VSIN1 1000 300 SIN(0 1mV 2.2GHz 0 0)
VSIN2 300 0 SIN(0 1mV 2.201GHz 0 0)
the freq. simulation graph gives me only two signals at 2.2 and 2.201 and which are the harmonics I have to measure??
I am working in PSpice!
I could use all of your help!
If you want i can upload you the .cir file!
Please help...

I finally did it! It was a matter of scale to find the harmonics! maybe I was two tired yesterday!
sorry

when i plotted the main signal curve and the IM3 curve, both of them appear to be of the same slope instead of the IM3's slope being 3 times of the main signal slope. anyone with this problem before and what's the reason for it?
