how to enable watch dog timer

HI FRIENDS ,

in my project, some time the controller stuck . i going to use watchdog timer. i enable watchdog timer and set prescaler. it is enough or any further procedure is needed?
 

Enable Watchdog time and reset it periodically. That’s enough.
If u want u can set some value so that it decides the reset time gap.
If u need more detail let us know some more detail abt ur setup and configuration especially controller name.
