HELP! Second Career Qs- Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician Robotic

I don't know where this would fit in on the forum so I put it here for now unless someone moves it to a proper location.

I'm going around on the internet trying to find out about this field and to complete an application form needed to take the course. I need three employers to complete the question below. All I need is three.

My name is John Goedhard and I will be attending the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician (Robotics) program at Algonquin College as part of a second career training program. I have a few questions to ask to help understand this field.

My Future Occupation: Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician
The NOC Code: 2241

Name of Person:
Position Title:
Contact Information:
Phone/Email:
Address:

Are you familiar with the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician (Robotics) program?
What are the skills that are most important for this field?
What type of training is generally needed to work in this field? (ex. college, university, trades)
Have you ever hired a graduate from Algonquin College in the past and would you now?
How rapidly is the field growing?
Can you estimate future job openings?
Is there anything that I need to be made aware of?

=====================================================

Since I'm asking, I also made these questions up for employees.

How was the coarse?
What does the light look like at the end?
What the rate of employment?
Are you able to find work?
Does it pay well? At First and a year later.
What is the success rate of people taking this course?
How many other people are fight for this type of work?

Anything else I should know about that I didn't ask?

Thank you for your time,

John Goedhard
