how to combine layout design with schematic in ADS

hi every one, i have design a antenna in momentum layout and rectifier in schematic now when i import layout design in schematic file and connect it with rectifier the simulation encounter a error i.e fail to find model file for layout component. kindly help me out.

You have to create a EM-model and a symbol. Which version of ADS you use?
 

Please refer to the help of ADS, it is really good explained!
 

Also on Agilents hompage, they provide a lot of examples on this issue.
