Where can I find the WPE estimation in PDK?

Hi,

The SCA/SCB/SCA parameters are used to reflect WPE issue. There is a way to calculate them and it is integrated in the EDA tools.

For TSMC65nm PDK, when W/L of a MOSFET varies, the SCA/SCB/SCC changes. Could you please me in which doc file or pdf file the calculation method is recorded? It must be a long formula. Is it recorded in ERC pdf file?
