Hi,
How can I measure setup time of a flip flop if I have its model in hspice?
I need setup time of a flip flop in 45n technology. Is there any other way?
 

Hi!
What do you mean about "setup time"?
Is it time from "Setup" input to output or it is time for setting output from LOW to HIGH?
Anyway if you have spice model you can simulate it and measure this time in simulation results.
