2sk mosfet

I have been using Multisim and its prior versions for a good number of years. Multisim comes with a good number of IRF Mosfet models, but an extremely limited number of 2SK and 2SJ Mosfet models.

Does any one have good modes for 2SK and 2SJ parts that they can share, or perhaps provide a link to? I have done many searches for these and have never been very succesfull. At the present time I do not know how to generate models from data sheets. If there is some kind of tuturial available to do this I would be greatly insterested in receiving a copy.

2sj mosfet

Hi,

Have a look at this link :

h**p://power.teipat.gr/download/OrCad%20Libraries/Library%20for%20Capture/PSPICE/

This is a place where you will find all the orcad pspice libraries. Scroll down from the top and you will a file named jpwrmos.lib. This file is dedicated to japanese mosfet models 2sj and 2sk series. You can open it with a standard text editor. With some chance, the format is the same as those of multisim. Otherwise, you can, with some work, translate a model to be used with mutisim.

Merry christmas
