how to send signal with 1000 samples from matlab to 8051

hi all, i have emg signal stored in matlab as a matrix of data such as -22.1
-10
5
etc
how i can transfer this signal to 8051 in such away 8051 read my signal continously if it indicate the max(samples) take action,how i can do this
please help with codes
