Anyone attempted to go DIY beyond a MiniDSP?

Perhaps a digital processor is a bit much. Analog?

I have not checked the response curve in my vehicle, but I assume it'd be similar to that of the Rockies. I understand I can purchase an MS8 or alike module, but what's the fun in that?

Anyone interfaced a computer in between their source & power amplifiers to act as a dedicated processor? How about Arduino?

OEM HU > Line Output Converter (temp.) > Oldschool Phoenix Gold Goodness > Dayton Midwoofers + Vifa tweets

(Waiting on the processor before I toss in my dedicated midranges)
