Kindly design a matching Network For Matching Z=50 ohm to Z=112.21- j*78.21 Using SMITH chart..

Cannot do without knowing frequency.
 

Assuming single frequency you do not need frequency to design the network, only to determine the actual values of inductor, capacitor or line length needed.
