i have four layer stackup and i am routing a signal on top and bottom, signal that routed on top has ground reference plane and signal routed on bottom has power reference plane in this situation what about the return path for via.

thanks,
satish

what do you mean by return path for via. The question is not clear

For high speed, technicly a cap between the power planes where the via is between top and bottom, otherwise ignore.
