problem with low side of ir2110

hi , i m using ir2110 for my dc motor driver ckt . the problem comes when the input to the lin goes floating , please check if there is any error in the schematic i m providing pwm from a microcontroller at 10 kHz

Can you upload the signal wave form from the micro-controller?
 

IR2110 has weak input pull-down resistors, so the input won't actually float. It may be the case, that you are driving it with a pull-up resistor in the microcontroller. In this case, you would want to place a stronger external pull-down.
