what is SOIC 8-pin surface mount standard size???Where do I get the standard size of all the packages??

In soic two type are there Wide and narrow .Search in google..

JEDEC is the place for the standards. https://www.jedec.org/ Otherwise, any reputable, mainstream manufacturer of ICs will show their package dimensions and whether they comply with the JEDEC standard.
