Hello,

I have a PCB with multiple copper pours on it. I can "ripup" these pours , so that i can inspect the PCB more easily. (when ripped up, the pours are still there, but only theIR outline is there)

Supposing i forget to fill the pours back in again when making the gerber files......does this mean that the pours would not appear in the gerber files?....and thus the PCB manufacturer would not make the pours on the PCB?

The copper pours are automatically done by the CAM processor - you do not have to do it, it is purely a visual aid for you. You can easily check by loading a board with copper pour and running the CAM processor and checking the Gerbers.
