How to compile HiTech file wif FULL optimization in MPLab?

May I know how to compile file with FULL optimization in MPLab?

If you have full version Hi-Tech PICC .you can use the all full optimization.

In the project view pane, select the project name , right click, select build options.

In one of the several tabs you will find a drop box for "optimization level", choose the highest (9) I think.
