Is 8051 port of SDCC stable and ready for professional use?

SDCC

Hi

I want to know how complete is SDCC right now? The last time I downloaded it about two years back, it had lot many things left to be done like floating point was not supported, math library was incomplete etc. I have downloaded the latest snapshot but don't know how much work is remaining to be done in it.
Is 8051 port of SDCC stable and ready for professional developement?
